Tourist attractions in Montenegro

As mentioned in my previous posts, Montenegro is a wonderful travel destination , with plenty of tourist attractions. Here are some tourist attractions to can also mark on your Montenegro travel guide >

Located on the Montenegrin coast of the Adriatic Sea, Budva is the most popular tourist destination in Montenegro and attracts hundreds of thousands of tourists every year.

Considered a great summer attraction especially due to its location – the resort is located in a bay, close to the mountains – Budva has wide sunny beaches, ranked among the most beautiful in Europe.

Ulcinj Riviera resort is also very popular among tourists, mostly due to the diversity of the local beaches: there are sandy beaches with shallow waters, rocky beaches suitable for diving, as well as isolated beaches, surrounded by exotic trees.

Probably the most famous beach in Ulcinj Riviera – and certainly the one that attracts most tourists – is Velika Plaza.

Another tourist attraction in Montenegro is, of course, the traditional food.

According to the traditional Balkan style, Montenegro tourists are spoiled with fish delicacies and seafood seasoned with olive oil.

Also, once in Crna Gora, you should taste the Pljeskavica – a traditional pie with minced meat and sheep cheese –, a few slices of Pršut (traditional ham, made of pork or beef) and a glass of home-made cereal or fruit brandy.

So there you have it – a guide to travel to Montenegro with

top places to visit in this heavenly corner in Europe.
